Master’s in Business Administration at the University of Nizwa: A Journey of Growth and Success

Embarking on the rewarding prosperity by pursuing a Master in Business Administration at the University of Nizwa. The University constitutes a transformation stage filled with dedication, efforts, and continuous exchange of knowledge. Throughout the last two and half years of hard work to complete my Master’s degree I confront challenges as well as endless enlightenment and aspiration from my supervisor, educators, and colleagues.

Over the studying period, I accomplished a milestone by participating in more than four conferences and publishing more than four research papers in indexed journals which provided me the opportunity to share the revealed research findings with the academic community. The research publications mainly focused on entrepreneurship including; Financial Performance Analysis of Firms: A Focus on Oil and Gas Industry Sustainable Practices in Oman, Impact of Covid-19 Induced Supply Chain Challenges on SMEs Performance – A Case of Oman, and The Impact Of Entrepreneurial Knowledge And Fear Of Failure On Business Exit By Moderating The Role Of Gender: Insights From Oman GEM Data.

In addition to the invaluable knowledge, skills, and experience gained from my teachers and peers that foster my critical thinking, analytical skills, and other soft skills. This transformative experience advances my capabilities in being resilient, managing time between work responsibilities, studying, and research requirements, and setting my priorities. As an MBA graduate, I have adapted to make every moment count since I realize the value of each minute. 

The representation of the poured commitment, endless efforts, and motivation to earn this degree was celebrated in the graduation ceremony. The happiness and pride of being graduated is not only personal; but is via the encouragement and support of professors and family members as well as friends who guided and inspired me.
