University of Nizwa Participates in Manahil Al-Ezz Training Program to Enhance Graduates' Skills

The Center for Career Counseling and Alumni at the University of Nizwa participated in the Manahil Al-Ezz training program organized by the Al Ezz Islamic Center. A total of 20 participants from various universities and colleges in Oman were nominated for the three-month training programme aimed at upcoming graduates.

The training program was created to enhance the skills and abilities of graduates and equip them with the necessary knowledge and expertise to excel in the job market. It achieves this by enhancing educational skills, utilizing the latest technologies, and preparing graduates to understand the work environment and the job characteristics required for success in the field.

Laila Al Rahbi, Director Center for Career Counseling and Alumni, said “such programs broaden students' perspectives on work environments and provide them with a glimpse of the differences between what they have studied and what the work environment could be like”

The training program was not limited only to the banking sector skills enhancement but also personal development skills enhancement such as leadership, project management, overcoming challenges in the business sector, and finding appropriate solutions skills enhancement.
