University of Nizwa welcomes CDC delegation to discuss potential research collaborations
The University of Nizwa received a delegation from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States of America. The delegation was received by Prof. Ahmed Al Rawahi, University Chancellor, and Prof. Ahmed Al Harrasi, Vice Chancellor for Graduate Studies, Research, and External Affairs, in the University's initial campus.
The delegation was welcomed by Prof. Al Rawahi, who shared the University's extensive experience in the research field. He emphasized the University's notable achievements and partnerships with research centres and institutions, which have resulted in significant outcomes beneficial to the field of research.
During their visit, the delegation went to the Scientific Research Center where they learned about the University's scientific contributions and the efforts made by the centre. They also visited the Natural and Medical Sciences Center, where they were introduced to the centre's various services, laboratories, and ongoing projects.
