The University of Nizwa Starts Receiving  Diploma Educational Program Students

Sunday Morning, the University of Nizwa started receiving the accepted students for the educational programme after a month of scrutiny and selection of the students' applications. The registration period will be from the 23 until the 28 of July, the initially accepted students will be interviewed and will be asked to submit the required identification papers, documents, and medical examinations. 

 Dr Badria Al Ruqishi, The Registrar at the Deanship of Registration and Records, said “We have received a massive number of applications this year, the majority of the applications were from graduates of It and Translation” 

The one-month auditing and reviewing of applications was transparent in terms of rules and conditions of acceptance. Dr Al Ruqishi speaking about the reason for some applications' denial or unacceptance “Some applications were rejected because of the high competitive rate, or the lack of fulfilment of the conditions, or due to the mismatch of specialization, or the incomplete application for enrollment” 

Dr Al Ruqishi shared that there are available seats for the majors of biology, physics, chemistry, Islamic education, social language, art education, social studies, and mathematics. This will be announced shortly in August after the final results of the Summer Courses are announced.
