Research and development play an important role in innovations and creativities which have been taken the attention of many organizations around the world.  One of those institutions is University of Nizwa Entrepreneurship Center (UoNEC). This center works continuously to increase the scope of learning and research initiatives in order to provide resources that facilitate various internal and external entrepreneurial educational programs as well as stimulating the student’s capabilities to think innovatively in the future. In addition, this center attempts to create entrepreneurial mindsets and behaviors especially for students in a way that alien with the strategy of that Ministry of Higher Education, Research and Innovation to institutionalize the education of entrepreneurship.  

In addition, UoNEC concentrates on academic research believing that the publication papers contribute in world’s Knowledge and the efficiency of learning. As a result, this center utilizing the data that are collected by Global Entrepreneurship Monitor to encourage journal publications that will benefit the research aim. Actually, UoNEC motivates the students to advance and create further regarding to entrepreneurship’s topics and publish their own journals and implement of research activities that are highly significance.
