Being an entrepreneur is not an easy work. I have not open my business by sudden. I had this idea since I was studying in the college. At that time, the situation is not same as today. Actually, the jobs are available that time and working in government sector was meaning you are lucky. However, I already took my decision to have my own business. It is not easy but not possible. The patience and the desire are the main characters need to be available in the entrepreneur. Family in special and society in general were not encouraging me to open my own enterprise because of its risks and the hard work that needed to start. I had something in my mind and I was focusing on achieving it. After graduation, I joined in private company with little salary for few years and that was enough for getting experience in the market. My friend and I decided to start our business in ceramics. We called it Taj Al lulu ceramics. It was not easy with that highly competition and famous companies. We searched for fund as well as suppliers. Then, to avoid the conflict and failure we started our business in Sinaw to get market share and obtain the trust. Afterward, the next step was to open the main branch in the capital city in Muscat. Where there are our vitals. At this stage, we had the confidence to open our shop in the middle of competitors' shops. Our business is growing and we opened different branches. Our mission is to expand our business and provide unique and special ceramics in shapes and designs as well as electrical tools. As we insist to attend abroad exhibitions and fairs to get the latest technology in our field. Finally, I advise Omanis to become entrepreneurs and participate to foster the economy development.
